Cheater’s Guide to Staring Contests
A competition as o0ld as time itself. A simple game with a very simple objective. Who can win a stare down.Yet even with this there a few clear cut ways that one can be a victor. In fact some may call it cheating but these will be very legitimate. The most obvious way to cheat in a staring contest is to induce and bait the opponent to break the stare by creating a different reaction. One easy task is to induce the opponent into laughter. This can be done by keeping a steady stare and perhaps flick one’s tongue around into various amusing shapes. Another thing that can be done without breaking the stare would be to make some form of audible sound that will break the distraction of the individual involved. For example meowing like a cat and complete unnerve the individual, or mimic any other animal. Again it is important that when making any of these sounds or distractions that the stare is never broken. By applying such a tactic the opponent will be forced to break the stare as they try to cope with the distraction created. These are some of the strategies that will bring victory.
