Cheater’s Guide to Bar Trivia

There is no ‘Cheater’s Guide to Bar Trivia’, but here is some trivia games played at a bar that could aid you in your game playing strategies. Some of the trivia may be a question and answer game where five or more bar patrons answer questions that are distributed and graded by a quizmaster. Some of the questions may be common trivia, so brush up on your television, music, entertainers, etc. In order to be prepared you can just go on the Internet, which is a wonder tool to find just about anything you want to know.

Another popular bar game is a timed visual exercise, where you are to point out a country on a map, hope you’re not geographically challenged, so before you decide to join in maybe you should know where you are. Maybe you’re asked to identify a person by looking at a photo of him/her, remember it may be a photo from years past. This game can be fun and interesting for those of us who think we know everything.

Word to the wise, study before hand because there will be no using of the pocket electronics. Many people try their best to get around this small road block. You can have a ringer in the mix to stir things up, excuse yourself and send a quick text to someone that does know the answer. If you get caught, you could be banned from the games in the future. So just remember study, study, study.
